We will typically ship your order within 3 business days and provide you with a tracking number when possible.

 

Most purchases to be delivered within the United States will be shipped via FedEx Ground shipping or USPS First Class shipping and should be delivered within 5 to 8 business days. In total, purchases may take 10 to 14 days to arrive after an order is placed.

 

Most purchases to be delivered to international locations will be shipped via FedEx, DHL, or USPS International shipping and should be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks from the date the order was placed. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, which are tariffs or taxes charged by the destination country. In the event that customs duties are due and payment has not been arranged ahead of time, the shipping provider will contact the customer to collect the duties before making a delivery. Customs duties are not included in the price of paintings or the cost of shipping. When you place an order, you are responsible for paying any inbound duties which your local customs authority deems appropriate. The amount of customs duties charged varies depending on what you order and on local regulations. Nikita Coulombe Fine Art LLC is not responsible for reimbursing customers for customs duties, tariffs, or taxes.

Natural disasters and holidays may delay shipping times.

 

A note on shipping costs: paintings require special packaging to stay protected during transportation due to their fragile nature. Often, a custom box is built for each painting, and the larger the painting is the more packaging and reinforcement is needed. Packaging materials are factored into shipping costs and I do my best to keep pricing close to cost. All paintings measuring 48W x 48H inches or equivalent dimensions and above must be shipped using freight services. Freight shipments often require additional paperwork and delivery fees, especially for international destinations. I attempt to make the receiving experience as easy as possible when and where possible.
